Light Rail Vehicles and Tramways
Vossloh Kiepe supplies the complete electrical equipment for rail vehicles. Propulsion technology, vehicle control systems, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems as well as static converters for the on-board power supply of the vehicles come from Kiepe?s own development and production.
The vehicle equipment is completed with systems obtained externally, e.g. lighting, brakes, traction motors and gear boxes or passenger information systems.
Thus all electrical systems are delivered to the customer from a single source. The following list of references shows all deliveries, that include the traction equipment and its control.
